We only collect the information you choose to give us when you enquire — your name and email address, and optionally your company, country, approximate travel dates, number of travellers, interests, and the details of the journey or programme you are asking about. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

Why we use it

Your details are used to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and arrange the travel or event you have asked us to organise. The legal basis we rely on is your consent given at the point of enquiry — the agreement to be contacted on the enquiry form — and the performance of a contract with you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, where a booking follows, for the retention period required for accounting and travel-record purposes. If you do not proceed, we delete enquiry correspondence within a reasonable period on request.

Who we share it with

Enquiries sent through this form are delivered by Formspree, an email delivery service that receives the details on our behalf on servers located in the United States, then forwards them to Zatino Travel. We send it only the information you type into the form, and it acts on our instructions. If you would rather not use the form, you can reach us by phone or email instead. To deliver your programme we may also need to pass relevant details to suppliers such as hotels, coach and transfer operators, venues, guides and event partners. We share only what those suppliers need to deliver their part. Where data is transferred outside the EEA we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at the address below and we will respond within one month as required by EU data protection law.
